My name is Kisha Britton, Licensed Social Worker and mental health therapist at Me Myself and Healing Counseling Services, located in Houston, Tx. My educational journey started at the University of North Texas, where I earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have over 12 years of experience specializing in life transitions, stress management, mood disorders, and anxiety.

Iām the author of six self-published journals and workbooks designed to guide readers through personal growth and transformation. My workbooks explore powerful themes such as breaking strongholds, overcoming negative thinking, identifying fear-based and self-sabotaging patterns, reframing pain, disappointment, and healing. I also developed a comprehensive wellness journal featuring reflective prompts, habit-building tools for physical activity, nutrition, practical financial guidance, and strategies for cultivating meaningful self-care.
